They have set up a dedicated website at www.bedfordshirechristmasfair.org Until the start of the Fair you will find a ‘Save the Date’ page and information about the Fair visible at this address. The main site with full stall listings will only become publicly viewable when the fair opens at 10am on Saturday 14th November. Visitors will be able to click through to stallholders’ own sites to make their purchases. They will be asked to use a special code each time they make a purchase, and stallholders will monitor these sales and donate (via bank transfer) 10% of their value (excluding amounts charged for postage and packing) to the British Red Cross. When the Fair closes at 5pm on Saturday 28th November, visitors will see a ‘thank you’ page. Once you have registered for the Fair, you will have the opportunity to check your entry on the site, but the stalls pages will not be publicly viewable until the Fair opening date.
